To meet evolving customer demands, Vilance has innovation center(IC) focused on developing high-performance, sustainable solutions for our customers as well as continuously improving processes within Vilance. Center includes two teams — one focused on R&D and one focused on production. The R&D team engineers new materials that help Vilance become the supplier of choice. The product team helps identify the most efficient processes and technologies for making each product. Together, the center is helping drive innovations in materials, recyclability and process efficiency.
Our Research and Technology staff consists of physical metallurgists, high-temperature and corrosion scientists, chemical scientists, mechanical metallurgists, welding engineers, and technicians.  Many have engineering or science degrees, including masters and doctoral degrees, with the majority in the field of metallurgical engineering or chemical science. We have the worldwide technical and commercial service capabilities to solve your application and issues.
